Plain English. Few rules.

What you can do

• Use renders in your client presentations, social media, marketing materials
• Charge your clients normally for your design work — you keep 100%
• Download and use every render you make — anonymous or signed in, and none of them carry a watermark

What you can't do

• Bypass the rate limit with multiple IPs (you'll get blocked)
• Upload illegal, copyrighted-without-permission, or harmful content
• Use the API to compete with us (build your own re-sale service)

What we promise

• If the model fails to render, your credits are not charged
• We host application data in Microsoft Azure and use Google Vertex AI for image generation, with Microsoft Azure OpenAI as a backup when Google is temporarily over capacity. Processing location depends on the selected image model and service availability — see the Privacy policy for details.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account modal — see Privacy → GDPR rights

Plotmosa editorial pictures — licence

The editorial pictures on the Ideas pages (the pictures Plotmosa itself made and published at plotmosa.com/ideas/…) are © Plotmosa, AI-generated. This section applies to everyone who uses them, with or without a Plotmosa account.

• You may use them free of charge, worldwide, on a non-exclusive basis, for personal projects and editorial purposes — articles, blogs, presentations, mood boards, social media posts — if you credit them as “© Plotmosa, AI-generated” and, online, link to the picture's Ideas page or to plotmosa.com.
• You may not sell or sub-license the pictures as pictures (stock, prints, templates), claim that you or someone else made them, use them in a trademark or logo, suggest that Plotmosa endorses you, or use them in a misleading, unlawful or defamatory way.
• Advertising, packaging, merchandise and other commercial use need our written permission — to acquire a licence, email [email protected] with the picture and the intended use; we answer within 5 working days.

Pictures that other people make and publish in Ideas are theirs and are not covered by this licence. The pictures are provided as they are, without warranty.

Refunds & chargebacks

Credit packs (€2.99–€49.99) are one-off purchases — no subscription. Credits are digital content we deliver to your balance immediately. Under Dutch law (art. 6:230o jo. 6:230p sub g BW) a consumer's 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to immediately-delivered digital content once you, at checkout, (a) expressly agree to immediate delivery and (b) acknowledge that you thereby waive that right — we confirm this in your order-confirmation e-mail. As a goodwill policy we still refund the unused balance of a pack in full within 14 days of purchase; credits already spent on a render are non-refundable, as the service has been performed. If a render fails, no credits are charged. Business customers (zakelijk) have no statutory right of withdrawal. To request a refund, e-mail [email protected] with your order details; we respond within 5 working days.

Complaints & disputes

Have a complaint? Email [email protected] — we aim to acknowledge within 5 working days and resolve within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, a consumer dispute may be brought before the competent Dutch court (Rechtbank Gelderland).
